High Court orders government to appoint director general to the Ministry of Justice

The High Court ordered the government to appoint a director general to the Ministry of Justice "no later than the end of December", and to bring the ministry's proposal to the government's approval "at the appropriate speed and in accordance with the government's regulations."
In it's letter to the government, the High Court noted that a year and three months have passed since the term of the ministry's former director general, Amy Palmor, ended.
