The Supreme Court has ordered a man suspected of abusing his baby son released to house arrest after he spent five months in detention.
The court granted the petition for his release, but ruled that meetings with his children be conducted solely under the supervision of the Welfare Ministry.
The mother of the child is also accused of two acts of abuse of the baby.
