Security forces nab Palestinan suspect in murder of settler

The IDF and security forces said they have arrested a Palestinian suspect in the murder of Esther Horgan who was found dead near her home in the Settlement of Tal Menashe in what was seen as a possible terror attack.
Horgan was murdered when she was out for a jog in the woods near her West Bank settlement and security forces have been searching for her assailant since.
