Israel Prize winner Prof. Moshe Brawer dies aged 101

Prominent Geographer and Israeli Prize winner Prof. Moshe Brawer passed away Monday aged of 101.
Throughout his career Brawer worked at the Bar-Ilan and Tel Aviv Universities, where he was also dean of the Faculty of Humanities.
Brawer was also a visiting professor in universities all over the world. In 2002 he was awarded the Israel Prize for his contribution to the field of geography.
