According to a report by Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics on the quality of life in Israel for 2019, the city with the highest life expectancy appears to be Kfar Saba, where the average stands at 84.4, compared to the national average of 82.8.
The report also shows that Ramat Gan leads in recycling, the best water quality is in Netanya, and the highest rate of eligibility for a matriculation certificate is in Tel Aviv.
