The Health Ministry reported Monday evening that 4,743 new coronavirus cases have been diagnosed since midnight.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic stands at 3,435.
Out of the 52,123 patients battling the disease, 793 are in serious condition, with 203 connected to ventilators.
