Employment Service reports 123,348 new jobseekers

The Employment Service on Thursday reported 5,717 registered with the service over the past day, bringing the tally of new jobseekers since the start of the full lockdown a week ago to 123,348.
The service added that for 49% of the newly registered jobseekers, this is the third time registering with the Employment Service.
