Ministers convened Sunday to decide on an outline for the partial reopening of the education system on Tuesday.
The plan being discussed was to send kindergarten kids and grades 1-4 and 11-12 back to school. The return in low-to-medium infection zones will be full-time, while in more hard-hit areas the students will study outdoors and in two pods with alternating days.
The meeting is not discussing reopening businesses.
