Likud signs agreement to combine excess votes with far right party

Prime Minister's Likud party on Wednesday signed an apparentment agreement with the far-right Religious Zionist alliance lead by Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir ahead of the March 23 elections.
The agreement in which the parties will combine their vote excess, a method used in proportional representation elections, came after the Religious Zionism party's insistence.
