Iranian Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad Zarif said on Wednesday that the window of opportunity for the U.S. to return to the 2015 nuclear deal is closing.
In a video posted by Zarif on his Twitter account ahead of the anniversary of his country's Islamic Revolution, he said that "soon the Iranian government will have to respond to the American and European failure to fulfill its obligations under the nuclear deal."
"This response, with the consent of Parliament, will include strengthening the nuclear program and reducing cooperation with IAEA inspectors. This move is only reversible if the United States learns from [former U.S. President Donald] Trump's failure instead of relying on it."
