Health Ministry reports 3,735 new coronavirus cases

The Health Ministry reported Wednesday evening that 3,735 new coronavirus cases have been diagnosed since midnight.
With some 50,000 tests conducted the previous day, the contagion rate currently stands at 7.6%.
There are currently 1,031 patients in serious condition, with 336 connected to ventilators.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic rose to 5,244 .
