President Reuven Rivlin visits Herzliya beach to thank those involved in cleanup efforts following the massive oil spill off the Israeli coast.
“What we see here is an eyesore and heartache,” Rivlin said, according to a statement from his office.
“When we protect the environment, we are not only taking care of the flora, the fauna, the sea and the beaches. We are looking after our home,” he said.
