Police not interested in confronting citizens, Minister Ohana says

Public Security Minister Amir Ohana on Wednesday said that "police are not interested in confronting citizens" ahead of a nighttime curfew imposed during the Purim holiday.
The curfew will be in effect from Thursday until Sunday between 8:30pm and 5am.
Ohana added that police forces will be deployed throughout the country in a bid to crack down on any unauthorized gatherings.
