Health Ministry posts 3,084 new cases of coronavirus

The Health Ministry reported Wednesday evening that 3,084 new cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed out of some 51.000 tests conducted in the past 24 hours, meaning 6% of all tests yielded a positive result.
There are currently 785 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in serious condition, of which 216 are connected to ventilators
The national COVID-19 death toll reached 5,660 fatalities.
