IDF soldier wounded in friendly fire incident succumbs to injuries

An IDF soldier who was injured on Tuesday as a result of a friendly fire incident has succumbed to his injuries Friday, the army reported.
The IDF reported that the soldier was 22-year-old Yonatan Granot, who served as an infantry soldier in the Bazelet battalion.
Military Police are investigating the incident.
