Israel posts 4,574 new virus cases, 31 deaths over weekend

Israel on Saturday said that over the weekend 4,574 people have tested positive for coronavirus and 31 patients have died from complications related to the disease.
The Health Ministry said more than 78,000 COVID-19 tests had been conducted over the weekend, putting the contagion rate at 5.9%.
At least 760 patients are in serious condition, of whom 244 are ventilated. The official death toll now stands at 5,726.
