The Gaza ruling Hamas terror group on Wednesday welcomed the decision by the International Criminal Court to investigate alleged Israeli war crimes in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip.
The Islamist group defended its actions in the 2014 Gaza war against Israel as "legitimate resistance."
