France's foreign minister said on Tuesday that efforts to revive Iran nuclear talks are stalling because of tactical problems and the domestic situation in Iran ahead of its presidential election in June.
Speaking in the French Senate, Jean-Yves Le Drian added that reviving the 2015 nuclear deal would be a prelude to discussing the regional situation and Iran's ballistic missile program.
