Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's attorneys are seeking to exempt him from being present during the testimony phase of former Walla CEO Ilan Yeshua, who is accused of giving Netanyahu positive coverage on the popular news site in exchange for benefits.
"Since the prime minister had no connection with Yeshua his presence does not contribute to the discussion in any way... It is an acceptable request in cases of similar scope"," stated the attorneys
