Israel see reduction in serious COVID-19 hospitalizations

The Health Ministry on Sunday said 349 Israelis were in in serious condition being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals with 175 of them on ventilators.
According to the ministry, 124 new cases of the virus were confirmed on Saturday after 12,077 tests conducted, indicating a 1.1% positivity rate.
Since the start of the pandemic, 6,232 people have succumbed to the virus.
