Following the beginning of the evidence phase of his corruption trial earlier Monday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu again labeled the procedure as "an attempted coup and a witch hunt."
In a nationally televised statement, Netanyahu said the case against him is threatening to undermine the will of the country's voters.
