The Health Ministry logged 221 new coronavirus cases Friday, and another 48 have been diagnosed since midnight. With a total of 34,000 tests conducted Friday, the positivity rate is now at 0.6%.
Of the 429 coronavirus patients hospitalized across the country, 268 are in critical condition, while146 are connected to ventilators.
