IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi visited Sheba Medical Center Tuesday, where PTSD-afflicted veteran Itzik Saidyan, who set himself alight Monday, is hospitalized in critical condition.
Kohavi hugged Saidyan’s mother, Lydia, and told the family that "the IDF owes a big debt to those who risk their lives and well-being for the state."
