Lapid calls for a unity government

|
Yesh Atid chief Yair Lapid called on Sunday for the forming of a unity government in an effort to avoid a fifth election in just two years.
"Israel cannot afford itself another election. We must earn the trust of the people in its leadership again — not a right- or left-wing government, but a unity government," he said.
"I have talked to everyone and met with everyone more than once and I will continue to hold meetings. Everyone understands that it is time for a change."
