Police said they found a suicide letter left by Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, a disgraced former rescue chief who attempted to commit suicide on Thursday morning.
It wasn't immediately clear what the letter contains.
Meshi-Zahav, who is facing multiple sexual assault allegations, is currently in critical condition at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
