High Court rejects petitions seeking to prevent Netanyahu from serving as PM

The High Court of Justice on Thursday rejected several petitions seeking to prevent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from serving as premier due to his criminal proceedings.
"There is no reason to intervene... because no reason was established at this stage for which the respondent was unable to fulfill his role," the court stated in its decision.
