Prime Minister Netanyahu on Wednesday informed the High Court he will appoint Benny Gantz to be the Justice Minister and retract his appointment of ally Ofir Akunis. Netanyahu said he will bring the appointment to the cabinet for approval.
Blue and White members responded by questioning the prime minister's motives and said he may be trying to stop a High Court ruling on the legality of his actions.
