Jerusalem area man indicted for abusing special needs teen

A 65-year-old resident of Mevaseret Zion near Jerusalem was indicted in Jerusalem District Court for sexually abusing and harassing a 17-year-old girl with special needs.
Prosecutors asked that Habib Ben Yair be remanded in custody until the end of legal proceedings against him.
