Israel's unemployment drops to 8%, the lowest since the onset of the COVID pandemic

The Central Bureau of Statistics reported that Israel's unemployment rate dropped to 8% (321.6 thousand unemployed) in the first half of April. This constitutes the lowest unemployment rate in Israel since the coronavirus pandemic first broke out in the country on March 2020.
