President Reuven Rivlin will meet Yamina leader Naftali Bennett and Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid to hear their views on their chances to form a coalition government after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to do so in the 28 days allotted to him.
The president asked all other members of Knesset to submit their recommendations in writing by 2 pm on Wednesday.
