The Health Ministry on Wednesday said that 72 new coronavirus cases were confirmed on Monday after 39,471 tests conducted, indicating a 0.2% positivity rate.
There are currently 90 people considered to be in serious or critical condition with complications of COVID-19 in hospitals, 55 of them on ventilators.
Since the start of the pandemic, 6,369 people have succumbed to the virus.
