Hussein Salami, commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, threatened Thursday that Israeli maritime trade could "easily disrupted."
Amid reports of attacks by both nations against each other's vessels, the Iranian general told state TV that Israel's small size makes it "more susceptible to such a devastating attack."
"On action can bring down this whole regime," he added.
