Commander of the Southern Command, Major General Eliezer Toledano, said Wednesday that the IDF was not surprised by Hamas' capabilities.
"The State of Israel and the IDF have decided to go to battle, and we will do so in a sober and informed manner in order to inflict the most damage," Toledano said. "
