Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi has held a series of telephone conversations on Friday with his regional counterparts regarding the escalation in the Gaza Strip and the situation in Jerusalem.
Safdi spoke with the foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Oman, stressing the need to "stop Israeli aggression in Gaza and Jerusalem," he said.
He also blamed Israel for the situation.
