Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that Hamas has "received blows it didn’t expect" and Israel has set back the terror group by "years."
Netanyahu's statements came while visiting the Hatzerim airbase near Be'er Sheba, where rocket sirens sounded while he was there.
"Our enemies see what price we exact for aggression against us, I’m sure they’ll draw the conclusion," He said, adding that the operation will go on "as long as needed to restore calm for the citizens of Israel."
