Isaac Herzog officially announces running for presidency

Jewish Agency chairman and former Labor party leader Issac Herzog official announced Wednesday his candidacy for the presidency of Israel.
"At this time of crisis, we are all obligated to stand up for our nation," he said. "I believe that the next president of Israel will be tasked to amend the rifts among us. Therefore, I announce my candidacy for the presidency of Israel."
