Ahead of ceasefire, IDF tells Gaza border communities to stay near shelter

The IDF ordered residents of Gaza border communities to remain in their homes until further notice out of concern for further attacks from the Strip prior to the start of a ceasefire at 2am Friday.
The army said anyone within seven kilometers of the border should remain within close proximity of their bomb shelter until further notice. It added that travel and activities are totally forbidden in open areas in the region.
