Blinken lands in Israel ahead of meetings with Israeli leaders

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken landed on Monday morning in Israel ahead of his meetings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Benny Gantz and Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi and President Reuven Rivlin.
Blinken is also scheduled to meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas before traveling to Jordan and Egypt.
