Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi said to his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry that Israel will not allow rebuild efforts in the Gaza Strip that will help Hamas to rebuild its capabilities and without the repatriation of Israeli prisoners held by the terror group.
Shoukry stressed the need to refrain from all practices that lead to escalation, especially in the Palestinian territories.
