In a statement released Monday following the cancelation of the Jerusalem Day March of the Flags, Hamas said to Israel it "cannot direct its internal crises at the Palestinians," warning retaliation if the state of affairs prior to the latest round of fighting in the Gaza Strip returns.
The terror group also called on Palestinians in Jerusalem, the West Bank and within Israel "to fight Israel and stop it from fulfilling its plans. The resistance is at their side and ready to respond at the right time."
