Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid, who formed the government of change that would see Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ousted after a 12 year rule, welcomed Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin's announcement that the new government would be sworn in on Sunday.
"It's happening! Thank you to the Speaker of the Knesset, Yariv Levin, for setting the date for the inauguration to this Sunday," wrote Lapid on his Twitter page. "The unity government is launching for the benefit of the citizens of the State of Israel."
