Chairman of Religious Zionist Party, Bezalel Smotrich, lambasted Yamina MK Nir Orbach for saying that "religious Zionism has been appropriated by political forces that do not represent me," in the same statement in which he voiced his support for a government headed by Yamina leader Naftali Bennett.
"Religious Zionist leaders and voters who strongly oppose the betrayal of values and the formation of pro-terror left-wing governments are not Nir Orbach's religious Zionists," Smotrich wrote on his Twitter account. "I wanted to write that he is a nobody, but he is arrogant and a liar who only seeks to accumulate more prestige and pursue jobs."
