The Jerusalem Department of the Palestine Liberation Organization has warned of an "explosion" if Tuesday's scheduled Jerusalem flag parade goes ahead.
The PLO cautioned that unrest could extend beyond Jerusalem to the Palestinian territories if the march takes place, saying that the "occupation authorities" have not learned from the political changes in the region and internationally.
The right-wing parade, which normally takes place in May, was rescheduled after it was cut short by a barrage of rocket fire from Gaza that marked the start of last month's 11-day war.
