Speaking to the Knesset plenum at a special session that is set to approve the new government, Prime Minister-designate Naftali Bennett Sunday said "the endless election cycles have thrown us into a whirlwind of hate and civil strike, Israel has ceased to function."
Addressing the incessant heckling from right-wing MKs at him, Bennett slammed them that "as loud as your screams are, so is your failure in governance."
