Litzman wishes new housing minister 'short time in office'

Former housing minister Yaakov Litzman of United Torah Judaism says he wishes his New Hope successor Zeev Elkin "a short time in office."
"Unfortunately, I do not expect anything from this government," said Litzman at the ceremony to transfer power.
"I personally congratulate Elkin as a friend, but this government must be dismantled, and this we work towards with all our might," said Litzman.
"I wish Elkin a short time in office. It's not personal, he has been caught up in a car crash."
