Finance Minister Avigdor Liberman said Tuesday that Israel's economy will only get back to "normal" in 2023.
At his first meeting with finance officials regarding the state budget for 2021-2022, Liberman said that the coming year will be "characterized by restraint and the minimization of damage caused by the coronavirus pandemic, a lack of a budget and political instability."
