The prosecution filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Avi Peleg (35), a convicted sex offender from Netanya, for committing an indecent act against a girl on the Bat Yam promenade and assaulting an 18-year-old woman who rejected his advances. Peleg, described by the prosecution as a "ticking time bomb," is accused of committing an indecent act against a 14-year-old girl he met on the Bat Yam promenade; assaulting an 18-year-old woman who rejected his advances; and repeatedly violating a supervision order, including by approaching 13- and 14-year-old girls and offering to "get to know them."
