The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Haifa District Court against Dan Cohen, 44, for the murder of his sister Maya Cohen in Hadera in April. According to the indictment, after a period of repeatedly threatening her, the defendant arrived at the victim's backyard, waited for her arrival - and then attacked her with a knife until her death. He then buried her in the yard and covered up evidence, until family members and acquaintances came to the house and found her - after she didn't answer their phone calls.
