The High Court of Justice issued a conditional order in petitions against the use of the Elector app on election day, calling on parties to explain why they should not be prohibited from transmitting real-time voter information. Last week, the High Court intervened and recommended returning the decision to the Central Elections Committee, where the coalition holds a majority – which approved the use of the tool that enables documenting voting data and transmitting it to parties.
