Indictment: Man stabbed neighbor to death over dispute about 50-shekel plumbing repair

The prosecution filed an indictment at the Be'er Sheva District Court against Denis Nikandarov (35) from Ashkelon, for murdering his neighbor over a dispute following an argument about a 50-shekel plumbing repair. According to the indictment, a conflict arose between Nikandarov and the victim after the neighbor called a professional to clear a clog and asked Nikandarov to share the cost of the repair. While the neighbor was installing cameras, Nikandarov arrived and stabbed him when they confronted each other. The neighbor was evacuated to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Nikandarov is charged with intentional murder.
